Outdoor Living
Extend Your HomeExtend your home living space to the outdoors. Imagine enjoying a cool North Carolina fall evening on your screened back porch, complete with the glow and warmth of an indoor outdoor fireplace. These unique twilight fireplaces allow owners of a Youngquist Home to bask in approximately 32000 Btu's of gas log heat in their private outdoor living space.
As backyards become extensions of the home, the practical uses and comforts of indoor living are increasingly spreading outdoors. Homeowners are amplifying the enjoyment of homes by choosing to add a deck, patio, hot tub, pool or even a complete outdoor kitchen. Outdoor Cooking
Soothing WaterFountains and pools can also enhance your outdoor experience at home. Running water trickling from a multi-tiered fountain creates a visually stimulating and relaxing atmosphere. A sparking pool with sunning deck is a perfect place to kick back on a lazy summer afternoon.

A popular new tend in luxury homes is a working kitchen outside. Youngquist Homes has built outdoor living areas featuring a stainless steel gas grill with infrared cooking and rotisserie. Included was a commercial, stainless vent installed above the cooktop to exhaust smoke and heat from the screened porch and to protect the porch from fire. The vent fan motor was also installed on the screened porch roof to reduce noise for enjoying conversations and a distributed audio system.
